Terms & Conditions — kk32 Platform

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "you" or "your") and kk32 (hereinafter referred to as "kk32", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the kk32 website located at https://kk32.cam and all associated pages, content, features and services (collectively, "the Platform").

kk32 is an English-language online gaming information platform providing content about casino games, sports betting markets, responsible gambling practices and related topics. kk32 is intended to serve users in Pakistan and other territories where access to such informational content is lawful. kk32 does not operate a casino or sportsbook directly; all gaming activity described or referenced on this Platform is hosted and operated by third-party operators subject to their own terms and licensing conditions.

kk32 reserves the right to decline registration to any applicant, or to suspend or terminate any existing account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the above eligibility criteria are not satisfied. Such action may be taken without prior notice and without liability to the User.

To register an account on kk32, you will be required to provide certain personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and a password. You warrant that all information provided is accurate at the time of registration and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation, operation or use of multiple accounts — whether by the same individual using different credentials, devices or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. kk32 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password for your account and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must notify kk32 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, kk32 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or transmit any Platform Content without prior written consent from kk32;
• Scrape, crawl or otherwise systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools or scripts;
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including advertising, affiliate promotion or lead generation, without explicit written authorisation;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any Platform Content;
• Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform;
• Access or attempt to access any part of the Platform's backend systems, databases or administrative panels.

All uses of the Platform not expressly permitted by these Terms are strictly reserved. kk32 reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

Where deposit functionality is available on the Platform, all monetary transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits, available payment methods and associated processing fees are published in the Platform's deposit section and may be updated from time to time.

kk32 references certain Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples of payment infrastructure familiar to Pakistani users. These references do not constitute endorsements of gambling by those providers, nor do they represent a guarantee that such methods are available for use on the Platform at any given time. Method availability is subject to each provider's own policies and applicable regulations.

kk32 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals may be rejected and any associated funds returned without interest.

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of the Platform's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. KYC verification is a regulatory and security requirement designed to confirm your identity, age and the legitimacy of funds held in your account.

Typical KYC documentation requirements may include one or more of the following:

• A valid, unexpired government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport);

Withdrawal processing times are not guaranteed and vary depending on the payment method selected, the outcome of any required compliance reviews, and the policies of the receiving bank or payment provider. Pending bonus requirements or active wagering conditions may delay the release of withdrawal requests until all conditions are fully met.

kk32 may from time to time make available to eligible users various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers and loyalty rewards (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published in the relevant promotion details, which form part of this Agreement when a User participates in or claims a Promotion.

General conditions applicable to all Promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before withdrawal can be requested;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk32, its officers, employees, agents and content providers expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

kk32 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform;
• Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in Platform Content;
• Interruptions, technical failures or security breaches affecting the Platform;
• The acts or omissions of any third-party operator, payment provider or other third party referenced on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kk32 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users are responsible for implementing appropriate technical safeguards on their own devices.

kk32 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, kk32 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered users through the Platform's notification systems or by email to the address associated with your account, where practicable.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date of the most recent revision, is always accessible at https://kk32.cam/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if registered, close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Platform is operated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For Pakistani users, nothing in these Terms overrides any applicable mandatory provisions of Pakistani law, including those relating to consumer protection, gambling regulation and data privacy.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting kk32's support team. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, the parties agree to pursue resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism set out in the Platform's published complaints procedure.

kk32 does not disclaim applicable consumer rights available to users under mandatory local law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
